Full House rewire

We've used Ecolec for a few years now and they've carried out work on our last two residential properties and also on our commercial property. It was a no brainer who we would use when we built our new home. Rob helped design the full electric layout of the house and offered advice from start to finish. He and his staff have been nothing but hardworking and reliable throughout which is what you need on a stressful job like we have had. I would and have recommended Ecolec to pretty much everyone I know who has needed an electrician. Great company.

I’ve used a few tradesmen previously and can honestly say, without a doubt, that Ecolec have been the most professional, helpful and diligent team that I have ever conducted business with. From the initial conversations had with Rob the boss, booking work dates with Angela, and the work being completed by his team. At every stage I felt that I was in good hands and that the job would be completed with due care and the upmost of professionalism. Really helpful and friendly over the phone when booking an appointment, even managed to get me an appointment on the same day. The electrician that arrived was quick, efficient, COVID-safe and clearly had plenty of experience under his belt as my new light was up and wired in within a matter of minutes with minimal mess and fuss. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough - always proves that supporting local business is the right thing to do! Will definitely use their services again for future electrical work.

Urgent investigation into constantly tripping household circuit -electricity out in half the house

Having got in touch with Ecolec in the morning, I was promised a quick call back with a time for a visit. Sure enough, I was called back very quickly and pleasantly surprised that someone could get to me that afternoon. George arrived within the stated time. He was polite, friendly, wearing a mask and immediately grasped the situation. Within half an hour he was pretty sure he had diagnosed the problem, and in the next hour drove to the nearest electrical suppliers, bought the spare part and fitted it. No problems since. I cannot fault Ecolec's service. Responsive, quick and professional - as always.

Re programming electric heater.

I never panic anymore when electrics go wrong in my mum's old cottage because I know Robert Mead from ECOLEC SITE SERVICES LTD will sort it...and fast. I rang Saturday morning and by mid afternoon the problem was fixed. It's so comforting to know that whatever the electric problem I have, even if he is really busy he will always get back to me and get one of his team out. I wouldn't dream of contacting anyone else.
